For Dear Evan Hansen, Taylor took a back seat as Assistant Synthesizer Programmer while Jeremy King fulfilled all Associate responsibility. Both under the auspices of Randy Cohen of Cohen Keyboards. Still, he was involved in the rehearsal and installation processes of the show.

Dear Evan Hansen marks back-to-back work on TONY and Grammy Award winners, with shared Sound Design, Set Design, and Orchestration/Music Supervision between it and Hamilton.
